Doesn't deserve 1 star either. Very poor customer service, Lier. On 08.04.21 we ordered bucket of chicken briyani at 7.00PMish to be picked at 8:00Pm. Around 7:30ish they rang us informing that It won't be ready until 8:20 PM saying Chef is making new fresh one. At 8:15ish we drove to pick an order and rang them to notify but they said it won't be ready until 8:40PM. It was very disappointing as we weren't informed by them in advance about further delay. We all were already starving. We told them that we won't pay full price for this order due to this fact and guy from shop agreed over the phone. Briyani wasn't ready until 850PM and girl at counter is denying to apply discount during pickup. Guy who promised it is hiding in the kitchen instead of coming out for apologies. He seems to be very greedy one. It is not about discount we care, is more about the service standard and don't even honour his own words. We were his regular customer and they were well aware of it too. It is unethical and extremely unacceptable behaviour. One of the worst experience ever. Briyani wasn't up to the mark either. We will never go back to that...

had have the opportunity to dine in this place for more than couple of times and the overall experience isn't terrible. the restaurant has lack of professionalism and their ignorance in understanding customers needs can't go unnoticed. the pros of the restaurant is it stays open till late nigh. so anyone craving biriyani at midnight can walk in. however , the quality varies significantly due to substandard professionalism . dine in and take away can be vastly different when you are doing take away, expect the food be in a tiny box that in no way is worth paying for as compared to dine in which also largely contains rice and barely any meat. for a mid night run , the price can be reasonable but again depends on individual needs. food taste is ok. needs to be...

I have visited this place and the manager (name: shafiq) here is very rude and doesn’t behave well with his customers, me and my family were still having our food and that person is continuously coming and asking us to leave as he has to close the store i mean there was a lot of time left for closing as time mentioned was (12pm-1am) i was there with my family around 11:45pm-12:15am around that period of time the manager came for like 5-6 times just to say us to leave if a family is coming over at your place just to have some quality time and you people treat them this way then what is the use of keeping such restaurants, worst, never ever visit this place, they are not even worth of...
