Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sydney

Something really wrong going on here at the moment with the staff. I came in to order tonight and the workers seemed to be fighting. there was a male worker who eventually left to deliver an order who was ranting and raving and being really rude to the lady who was working with him. he was on the phone talking to someone loudly (verge of yelling) about all the workers and honestly acting very aggressive and weird, swearing and claiming the lady working was 'gaslighting' him. I was waiting to be served while this went on and she asked him to take my order, he came to the POS but didn't look at me, tapped on the machine a lot while still raving and claiming she was on a power trip for asking him to do it while she was in the middle of making pizzas. she ended up taking the order so he would stop raving in front of our faces. he didn't stop for about 20 mins while her and another worker made the food. It was me and another three men customers in the restaurant while this was all happening. She asked him to stop in front of the customers but he didn't care or stop. I really think this needs to be Investigated as there seems to be bullying verging on abuse among the staff at this restaurant, and they don't deserve to be scared like while working. Went with a fairly large group for the Pizza Hut buffet about 10 people. We went for lunch as we had rang the previous day to ask the times the buffet was open. Was told after 12pm. We were there about 1:30pm.

As soon as we got there we saw there was no buffet option for lunch or even a buffet station. We asked the person behind the cash register and was told it starts at 5pm. The manager heard me tell the employee about the phone call and told us he would remedy the situation by allowing us to have the buffet at the time that was told to us…

Now please take into consideration this isn’t your average buffet like how it was in the 90s/2000s. There is no actual buffet. It is simply, picking what you’d like on the menu, and they would make it for you fresh. I liked this concept… But it didn’t help with curing my nostalgia for the old Pizza Hut buffet.

This used to be our go to but our last experience was not so great. This order was maybe a while ago, but still relevant. Anyway .We ordered a chicken supreme pizza as part of our order online to pick up. The lady opens the box to check it and goes Yep this is it, so we take it home.

Cept there was not a single piece of chicken on the pizza… at all 😩 we looked so hard we were about to pull some Specsaver jokes… except it wasn’t funny. The toppings were so scarce it was like a deserted island. Did someone forget the chicken? How could she look at it and tell what it was supposed to be? So many questions left unanswered. If I were a staff member I would not let that pizza even leave the shop 🫣

Also the pizza from that pickup was much colder than our previous experiences… the crust and base is all fine, but… we paid for a chicken pizza and got essentially a vegie pizza. Not really impressed and tbh a bit scared to try you guys again as the quality has been on a...
