Zambrero Waterloo — Restaurant in Sydney

Such a disaster. Ordered a regular and a small burrito. Couldn't believe they put the exact microscopic amount of meat in both. Didn't even bother spreading it out evenly. But then again, how could they since the quantity of meat was pretty much negligible. Literally 4 sad bites in the middle of the regular burrito had any meat in it. No joke! But I guess the ratio was slightly better for the small burrito (or as they call it, 'Chikito').

Their burritos are slightly bigger compared to other places like MadMex or GuzmanYGomez and also have a wider range of sauces but that doesn't matter if the taste is not up to par and there's practically no meat. Most of my burrito was just lettuce and rice. I remember a couple of beans here and there but might've been dreaming. And 2 freaking dollars for a teeny-weeny bit of avocado?! Yeah, not even proper guacamole, 2 dollars for some disappointing half mushed avocado. Such a shame. Would rather get diarrhea from eating KFC than buy something from Zambrero...

Yet again failure to deliver. Is this specific store capable of serving their customers with the offered products on display?? It honestly concerns me that a franchise which is held in high regard (dependant and objective) cannot perform professionally or even with a level of common sense. Over an hour I waited for my order, my order that was on display as ‘orderable’, and for over an hour I was not informed about any issue. Finally when the time came, I was told that your store had run out of the ingredients that are required to make all the ordered items. How do you expect to keep a business whilst remaining somewhat professional when you cannot serve anyone the products you are offering??? I will refrain from attempting to place an order here again, hard to expect anything...

This Mexican restaurant is a joke. I ordered 2 classic bowls with chicken which I received however were both cold and I had to heat them up in my own home. The chicken was curry chicken (which if funny because it is supposed to be a Mexican restaurant). The meals did not include corn chips instead I was forced to purchase these with my meal which was a half empty container of stale chips. This being the first Mexican restaurant that doesn’t include the corn chips with the meal. I will leave a review in as many different places I can and will not order from this restaurant again. After calling the restaurant I was not offered a refund or any voucher etc. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the food...
