Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in Aus.

Was going to purchase a coffee but desperately wanted to use the bathroom.

I asked if they have a toilet for customers The lady at the counter said “yes for customers only.. I’ll need your money first”

In disgust I threw a $5 note at the table and was told not to throw money like that and was refused entry to cafe. I went to a charming little cafe on the other side of the court house and when I asked they open heartedly gave me keys before even wanting to know my order

I’m not sure if it’s the language or cultural difference. But these people are just in the business purely for money and nothing else. I’ve bought from them hundreds of times and they still don’t know who I am....

This place popped up on my IG feed and I saw their 10% off weekend promotion, so decided to go on the weekend. I was shocked to see there is a 10% on weekend including Sat, so the 10% off promotion just offsets the 10% surcharge 🙄 Coffee was good but the food was average. Ordered the big breakfast with scrambled eggs, but they were really fried eggs. Would not come back for food. Maybe will come back for coffee, but only on weekdays to avoid the...
