Sharetea Railway Square — Restaurant in Sydney

I’ve given this Sharetea 5 chances for decent customer service and they’ve failed 4 times out of that 5. They get 2 stars instead of 1 for the gentleman (I suspect manager) who served me 2 weeks ago who was polite, helpful and informed. Unfortunately I won’t be using this sharetea again. They are actually below the basic standards of customer service, on every visit I’ve been met with attitude by staff, on 3 out of the last 5 visits they have gotten my order wrong. On my most recent visit I enquired about the $5 drinks sign which was clearly advertised outside, they said “I don’t know if we’re doing them, the guy decides and he’s not here” so I asked for a drink with herbal jelly and aloe Vera. They forgot the aloe Vera, luckily I noticed before getting too far away, they made a new one (without much of an apology) and pictured is the amount of herbal jelly I got in the new drink (they were not running out, there was lots left)

Yesterday, I bought a bubble tea from this shop very first time. Staff girl was not friendly, no smile, no greetings. Not sure if i should go again because there are many bubble tea shops with more gentle and easy going friendly staff. I dont want someone stare at me with no smile and no greetings. Pass by here to get a Sharetea. Their Okinawa Milk Tea, Pudding, Pearl & Herbal Jelly milk Tea is one of my favourite here. But today I order the Herbal Jelly roasted milk Tea.
