Sol Bowl Parramatta — Restaurant in Sydney

I stopped by for a post lunch treat and ordered the original acai bowl. It was absolutely perfect - the taste and texture were spot on! The granola provided just the right amount of crunch and sweetness, and the addition of peanut butter made it even more delicious, adding an extra dimension of flavour. The customer service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Despite a decent sized crowd, my acai bowl arrived surprisingly fast. I rate soul bowl up there with Acai house Wetherill Park. Only difference is the service here was way more efficient and even more friendly.

One thing though (as general feedback). I didn’t see the part with additional toppings/sauces etc (probably I didnt glance through the menu thoroughly enough). Maybe this could be highlighted on the menu near the items? so that other people don’t make the same mistake as me 😅. Coffee and Customer Service Review

Got recommended to go here for my afternoon coffee by a very wise and friendly gentleman I met on break.

I was told their coffee was strong, bitter but not distasteful, or burnt. My god, he was right. As a strong coffee lover, it hit the spot, and not one sip of the delicious nectar did I scruntch my face up over a burnt taste of my cuppa joe. It was smooth but strong tasting. Many places only get one or the other right.

$5.50 for a large, all coffee is pricy these days, but compared to my $7 brews the same size in inner Sydney... for quality just on par, same size, and variable in quality... it was worth the buy

The staff were friendly and delightful, even with only a small conversation. A smile never once left their faces. 😊

The store made granola and perfect texture açai are a match made in heaven! The way it melts in my mouth has me wanting more- hahaha twice a week hit more! My only motivation to come to the office is for my Soul Bowl hit. Who can have Mondayitis when you get to have Soul Bowl!
