FISHBOWL - Parramatta — Local services in Sydney

I am extremely dissatisfied with the ongoing lack of responsiveness and accountability demonstrated by this establishment in addressing the persistent issues I’ve encountered. As a regular customer who orders a minimum of two bowls per week, it is unacceptable that the majority of my experiences are marred by recurring problems.

When placing orders via the app for delivery, my payment is processed, yet the order frequently fails to reach the store — resulting in confusion for the Uber delivery driver and no meal for me. This issue has occurred on multiple occasions, and despite assurances from management that I would be reimbursed for the considerable amount I am owed, no such refund has been received.

Furthermore, orders placed through Uber Eats consistently arrive damaged or incorrect — with bowls often spilled, packaging ripped, and the contents rendered inedible. The absence of a direct contact number for the store only exacerbates the difficulty of resolving these matters in a timely and effective manner.

Should these issues not be promptly and adequately addressed, including full reimbursement for undelivered and damaged orders, I will be pursuing further action under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as I am entitled to receive goods that are of acceptable quality and match their description.

A Delightful Surprise at Fishbowl!

I recently had the pleasure of trying Fishbowl for the first time, and wow, what an incredible experience! Specializing in made-to-order salads with an Asian-inspired twist, Fishbowl truly elevates the concept of a healthy meal. We decided to try the Chicken O.G. and Miso Chicken bowls, and they did not disappoint!

We opted for the smaller-sized bowls, and they were surprisingly filling. Each bite was packed with flavor, and the balance of ingredients was just perfect. The Chicken O.G. was savory with the right amount of seasoning, while the Miso Chicken had a rich, umami flavor that was utterly delicious. It’s so rare to find something so healthy that also tastes this good!

Fishbowl has managed to turn salads into something far beyond just a side dish or bland health food — it's a lifestyle choice. The freshness of the ingredients combined with the Asian-inspired flavors makes for a satisfying and wholesome meal that doesn’t sacrifice taste for nutrition. I’ve never written a bad review before but after multiple incidents with these guys I’m left with no choice.

Do not bother ordering from these guys after 6pm for delivery via Menulog.

My order got pushed out to be delivered at 8, then 9 then 10. There’s no number to contact these guys so when I managed to get help via the Menulog Chat they said rest assured your order will be delivered by 9:43. That was at 8:30 or so when the restaurant was closed. The order eventually moved to being prepared, but about 9:20 the order was cancelled.

This is utterly disappointing. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with Fishbowl parramatta. There’s been times the order was delivered to some random place….

Either way, if you guys can’t keep up with your orders, take your self off Menulog. Or at the very least have the decency to cancel the order 2 hours earlier! That way I could have ordered from somewhere else.

Thanks to you we’re still sitting here with no food at close to 10pm. Great way to ruin a Saturday...
