Stopped by here as it’s close to my office. The food is reasonably priced for CBD standards — I got a generous plate of massaman curry for lunch with plenty of beef, potato pieces, and a large serving of rice.
However, both the curry and rice were quite cold, like they had been sitting in the display for a while rather than freshly served. The flavour was decent, but cold food really takes away from the experience. Especially on a cold rainy day like today.

Read moreI occasionally eat at this Thai restaurant, but today’s experience was really disappointing. I ordered the chicken fried rice and asked for it to be made a bit spicy. Instead, it was insanely spicy—way too much, even for someone like me who usually enjoys spicy food. It felt like they added a handful of spices with no balance. Even after drinking my Coke and waiting 15–20 minutes, the burning sensation was still there. It was just too much to handle, which is why I ended up having to dump the food. Read moreOrdered a chicken pad Thai from eat club app. Very disappointing to receive a dish that was made of 95% of noodles, 3% of chicken and 2% of vegetables. I’ve been ordering from the counter before and the portions are not composed in more fairly way.
To the business decision makers: please question the way you handle your collaboration with this app because this is resulting in a terrible experience, both for the app and your restaurant.
I complained to EatClub and I declined their refund offer. I’m not after any sort of compensation because I ate the dish.
