Went with a group of friends for a few pre-dinner drinks and despite knowing the number of people attending via booking, they put us in a corner making it incredibly difficult to get in and out of. They also sat a couple next to us who were having us need to squeeze past their table in order to get in and out. We were constantly apologising to them but could tell they were unhappy with the situation (I don’t blame them).
I was disappointed to find out a lot of cocktails were pre-made and had to ask which ones weren’t. The bar itself was also quite small so it took a while before being served. The cocktails from scratch were delicious.
The woman who was bringing orders over that were made via the QR code seemed unhappy to be there and annoyed to be bringing our orders over to the table. We always thanked her but she didn’t seem to want to acknowledge it.

I perused the menu to satisfy most tastes and was happy to find exactly what I was needing - Chicken Parmi and chips...as basic as it sounds I am a connoisseur of this culinary delight and accompanied with a pint of Super Dry I had my socks knocked off!

Between 5-7 week days that have happy hour. A pint of a local beer for $5. The bar gets busy but you can always manage to find a table. The food is well priced and normally pretty yummy. Their chicken wings are amazing even if a little spicy. The only thing that I don't like about this pub is its decor and design. The theme is brick. Exposed brick with wooden furniture with no features. It's really dull. The lighting is always dimly lit but in a good way, and although noisy you can still hear the conversation of your party. A cheap beer after work - yes. Something a bit more intimate - there are much better...
