This relatively new restaurant seems to serve meals from middle Vietnam. POSITIVES Service was with a smile always and the seating and setting were comfortable enough. Water was replaced once we had finished our bottle. You sit looking out onto Marrickville Road so constant passing procession. Pricing seemed really good. NEGATIVES Meal portion is 3/4 of what you get most other places which explains price. The $18.50 Pho dac biet broth was underwhelming but I still didn't mind it. The basil was a couple of leaves and I had to ask for fresh chili but then it came out with some on top. I am used to adding my own but that's fine. There are no condiments on the table, no Hoi sin, no pickled garlic, no fish sauce, no chili, no prawn chili. I did notice a couple of sauces at counter but this is not my preferred way to have to get up and procure sauces I prefer it on table. I wanted to try something new so I got Bun Dau Mam Tom or vermicelli salad combination $16.50 this comes with a fermented fish sauce which, trust me is pungent to say the least and I think difficulty level of challenging for those who are new to Vietnamese food or have fairly conservative tastebuds. I have been eating Vietnamese food for about 35 years and I found it a lot!!!! I noticed an untouched fermented fish sauce left behind by another diner so I know I am not alone. This dish alone barely touched the sides which is when I decided to get Pho as well and after both these meals I still wasn't stuffed! I got a take away Banh mi thit - pork roll for later and again thought this was half the size of a normal Pork roll from say Marrickville pork roll shop it came with a coke for $10 My friend had the  "Claypot Chicken" and whilst she enjoyed it she also thought it was a modest serve and was still hungry afterwards. I would return and try the Bun Bo Hue $16.50 and two taco shaped Banh Xeo $12 Conclusion is that it's tasty food for a snack but actually expensive for the amount of food you receive when compared to other options. I wonder if they were trying to be ironic when they called it Vietfull?

Walking around the local area, I decided to stop in and have a meal at the Vietfull restaurant, Marrickville, as I found so many of the items on the menu in the front window sounded delicious. Ordered the chicken, ginger, and mushroom dumplings and rice with lemon grass chicken. Dumplings came served with a savoury sweet sauce filled with steamed coriander roots along with fresh coriander and chilli slices for a bit of colour. Delicate, filling, yet always leaves you wanting more! The yellow rice served with lemon grass chicken came with a full fresh salad, chicken broth clear soup, and so tasty. Juicy meat freshly marinated and delicately served in bite-sized slices. It came with a dipping sauce, too. Cold bottled water was given after being seated and given its only 11am, which makes Vietfull restaurant highly recommended and well worthy for a regular visit. Cleanliness is instantly visible, and the looks of the seemingly regular families and visitors support its popularity. Both cutlery and chopstick options.

Not gonna lie, this is hands down the best Vietnamese food I’ve had in Sydney! Every dish was so memorable. The kumquat salted drink was an absolute lifesaver—super refreshing and perfectly balanced. It literally brought me back to life! The chicken thigh pho was incredible. The broth was rich, fatty, and so comforting, with tender meat that just melted in my mouth. Paired with fresh herbs and bean sprouts, it felt like the ultimate pick-me-up. I also tried the grilled lemongrass chicken rice, and wow—it was packed with flavor, perfectly tender, and had that bold, aromatic kick. And don’t even get me started on the Bánh Xèo! We had the chicken, beef, and seafood versions, and they were crispy, bite-sized, and absolutely delicious. Everything here is reasonably priced, which makes it even better. If you’re looking for authentic, bold, and unforgettable Vietnamese food, you need to check this place out!

My wife and I had a great experience at the newly opened restaurant. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The dishes were all clean and fresh.

We ordered the handmade spring rolls, for a starter, which was honestly amazing. It is the first time I have eaten fresh spring rolls that are crispy and packed nicely, loved it. Not one other place has topped it. The sauce that paired it, was a great choice as well.

I then ordered the grilled pork with yellow rice combination, excellent as well. Cooked perfectly, marinated to perfection with the subtle lovely tasting yellow rice alongside it. The broth on the side added to the enjoyable experience.

My wife order the spicy soup which I believe is called "Bun Bo Hue", I may have written it incorrectly, it comfortably competes with the notable restaurants around the marrickville area, she has found her new place.

My last dish was the coconut dessert, of course a refreshing sweet experience, I think that tops the great experience overall.

I would recommend people to try it, I believe the pricing is quite reasonable and they do not skimp out on quality, which is a great touch. Cannot go wrong with great quality...
