I recently visited this establishment and, overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential and amazing co-workers. However, I had a truly disappointing experience with a staff member named Maia that I feel compelled to share. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but her behavior stood out so much that I couldn’t ignore it.
While customers were queuing to place their orders, I witnessed Maia blaming her colleagues for mistakes that were clearly her own. It was shocking to see someone in a customer service role treat their team so poorly, especially in front of customers. I felt uncomfortable just watching it unfold. When it was finally my turn to order, Maia rushed me even though the place wasn’t busy at all. To make matters worse, she messed up my order and then tried to pin the blame on me, claiming I had said the wrong thing.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated, and I believe that management needs to address this behavior. It’s important for customers to feel valued and for staff to treat each other with respect. Read moreI don't think I've had a more shockingly stupid interaction in my life than the one with the guy that served me here on Saturday. I don't know if his English is just very poor or he has hearing or cognitive issues or what, but he isn't for for customer service.
The whole thing was a disaster, serving wrong meats and just roughly wiping some off to start again. Making an entire thing that was not asked for. Throwing on cost options without clarifying. But what took the cake was when, after begging multiple times very s l o w l y for the two burritos to be meals and pointing to the sign, and surreptitiously getting another staff member to help such that we finally got two bags of chips and two drinks on the counter at the same time, this light bulb goes off in his head and he goes "wOuLd YoU LiKe iT aS a MeAl? The other customers in line could only laugh with me at his inability to comprehend.

Got a response on the review thanking me for my feedback and reassuring me they were going to work on ensuring consistent sizing and saying they hoped to serve me better in the future.
Decided to give them another chance and order another one to see how that progress was going and it was the worst of the bunch yet. I’ve given up completely and I hope this serves as a warning for anyone who has moments when they just want to smash a giant burrito into their gob for whatever reason and don't want to roll the dice on what they are going to get.
