Absolutely disgusting experience. I found a fingernail in my food today (Tzimmy Chargrilled Chicken). A clear and serious food safety breach but more than anyting, absolutely disgusting foreign matter to find in your dinner. When I raised it with staff, instead of handling the situation professionally, they stood behind the counter smirking and the manager had no training on how to handle this serious breach of food hygine. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and shows zero regard for customers or basic hygiene standards.

As i was getting no where with the manager, who's only offer was to cook me new food or refund the $14.95, clearly declined this as I will absolutely never eat here again or any of their other chains.

I asked the manager for the owners contact details as to advise them of the seriousness of this incident, as the owner they would have a right to know, I was refused, not even their email address.

I have reported this incident to the NSW Food Authority (Ref Code: 43N7KC) so it can be properly investigated. Until there are clear changes in hygiene practices and staff conduct, I strongly advise others to...
