I bought 2 pumpkin and feta muffins for take away for me & my15 months baby just an hour ago, My babe took few bites and I had the feeling that the muffins taste bad because she was refusing to eat. After that I sliced it as the attached picture and I found mould inside the muffins.

I tried to contact you the shop but there’s no way to reach you no phone number provided and your website is under maintenance. I don’t care about a refund Or myself all I care about is bub won’t get a food poisoning because of your bad health and safety measures.

There are many people including toddlers and old people have bites in your store everyday. you need to pay more attention to their health. It’s winter now which means the muffin have been sitting there for a Long time.

If it’s just a bad coffee taste or something else I do normally not bother myself and take time to write a review but this is a serious food hazard you need to take action in order to avoid such thing happens again.

I hope my bub will be fine because if something happened to her I will file a case against you and get the health...

May have just been a bad day.. I ordered 2 bruschettas with a couple fried eggs. It came out and the bread was soggy with tomatoe juice and the fried eggs were burnt. The amount of tomatoes used was enough to have your own La Tomatina here in Perth 😅 the dish should be named diced tomatoes on soggy bread. The staff were lovely and the coffee was fine but I paid almost $80 for easily the worst cafe breakfast I’ve ever had. I passed on this feedback in person as well I made it clear I didn’t want anything in return but moving forward, I hope more effort is put into the food so people get what they pay for. Had a couple breakfasts here on the weekend, had an eggs benedict and the sauce was smooth and silky, not at all overpowering, the bacon was a bit soft and not crispy which I prefer, with fresh-pressed orange and watermelon juice. Had a salmon and cream cheese bagel the other morningand a very large raspberey and white choc muffin. Service was friendly and very quick, drinks came out first and all of our food not long after. Friends had coffee and said it was excellent.
