TLDR: great value brekkie with friendly staff.

Massive delicious brekkie and cheap too! I had the scrambled eggs & bacon on toast with a coffee for $15. I got 4, yes 4 pieces of shortcut bacon, massive serve of scrambled eggs and crispy toast (I suspect after cooking, they popped it in the frypan for a few secs each side) and a strong large mug of coffee.

The Vietnamese-Australian staff are lovely. The kids had eggs & bacon on toast & the staff swapped the coffee for a large hot chocolate (with marshmallows). My better half had the Bánh mì, which was spicy & delicious.

Amazing little hidden place with surprisingly great coffee and cheap food (but not cheap tasting).

Not a lot of seating because of it being located in an old character building, but the decor is gorgeous, and there's a very nice view of the flowers and Langley Park from the bench (sail shaded) verandah seating. You can always get your coffee to go and have it at the park.

My long Macchiato tasted great and the breakfast was nice.

Always service with a smile every time you walk in. Cute little Cafe/ lunch bar. Limited seating inside and outside but directly across from Langley Oval so plenty of space to eat and spread out there. Food is always made fresh and great selection.
