Swish Coffee Brewers — Restaurant in Western Australia

I thought first oh yeah just another nice coffee but wow - never did it expect the coffee to be this smooth (ordered an almond flat white) and so nice :) No need for waiting long and one of the best coffees I’ve ever had.

They have different seating areas, one closer to the cafe with music and the other one located next to it but still inside the building which is a bit quiter.

Next time I’ll definitely try some of their pastries as they all look amazing as well.

Edit: I came here the next day again to try out their signature raspberry white chocolate matcha latte on almond milk - wow. It was my first time trying matcha with raspberry and it was just a perfect combination. So smooth - I would love to know how they manage to make the milk so...

I decided to try this cafe a few days ago and was unfortunately disappointed.

The staff were kind and friendly and the service was quick, so no complaints there. The coffee just wasn’t good. Based on the notes, I was really looking forward to it, but it tasted flavour less and under-extracted. Maybe it was just a bad batch? I’m not sure.

The atmosphere in the morning was a little hectic, and I think it would be chaotic, though not impossible to sit inside. I imagine it would be nicer...

I followed my nose and the crowd to this cafe and I'm so glad I did. I don't normally go straight to ordering a long black when I'm trying out a new cafe, but all the regulars new it was good enough, so I followed suit.
