The steaks at Wood Fired Steaks and More are nothing short of exceptional. Perfectly cooked over a wood fire, the charry flavors elevate the dining experience to a whole new level. The food was absolutely delicious and deserving of high praise.

Unfortunately, the service was a glaring disappointment. Pompous, inattentive, and shockingly slow, the waitstaff seemed more interested in taking center stage than in serving their patrons. I've rarely encountered such a self-absorbed team, leaving diners to fend for themselves for basic needs like water or prompt attention.

I'd like to tell you that the quality of the meal was truly perfect. I was very impressed with the wine decanting and the personal attention given by the staff, making today a particularly meaningful day for our family and very enjoyable. However, I must ask if it was really such a rude act to film the steak being cut on this significant day. The employee wasn't even in the video. "If you want to take a video, please ask for permission first," was a comment left as a warning before we even finished our main course, which considerably soured the mood for my wife and me. We went to this place in the evening and were greeted by really friendly staff! They quickly seated us at the table we reserved and presented us the menu. The food was really nice although the meat itself was a little bit too salty on one side! What we were really surprised though was that the deck served as the appetizer at the beginning was charged extra 5 Euros, even though it was just brought to us without our request and we were not informed that it was charged as an extra. Overall, I think customers need to be informed about extra costs (including water and the deck) before they're served, otherwise it looks like something forced...
