Bellini's Cafe & Bar — Restaurant in Salzburg

Rude staff particularly by this blonde woman I was served by. I am pregnant travelling from Australia and needed to use the restroom while we were about to go on tour, but didn’t want to just use their bathroom without ordering something out of respect. So i ordered an espresso and asked the lady if I could use the restroom. She told me it was cash only and I said to her I didn’t have cash but she still said I could use the restroom. Once I came out and noticed she had made the espresso, I tried to explain to her I needed to get cash out, wasn’t going to leave without paying, and even that my husband was across the road that had Euros on hand. But she got very fired up and raised her voice at me in front of customers because I didn’t have cash on me at the time and barely let me get a word in. Kept scolding at me “I told you it was cash only!” I was humiliated and being pregnant in a foreign country, naturally feeling very sensitive. My husband came in and paid her very disgusted by her attitude. She still continued to yell at me when she noticed I was upset by her disgusting treatment by repeating “I told her it was cash only!!” To my husband. I didn’t even take the espresso they made, wish I had tipped it down the sink in front of the rude woman.

I had the most horrible and demeaning experience with the three waitresses in this place. They completely ignored me wanting to order something. Then, they were speaking about me and my family in a foreign language that I don't know . But, from the body language one would know they were making fun of us. Thats really sad. I also think they are racists as they were treating others differently than us. It's so sad see these kind of services and people these days especially as a tourist 😢 my suggestion to this cafe is that to be nice to people and you will make difference in one's...

Racist, the bold guy said clearly we dont serve your kind.
