I'm not a person to give negative reviews, but this place is horrendous. I had called up in advance to make a dinner reservations and to arrange for the meal. I had asked if I could use my meal vouchers, which was advertised as a possibility on the website and is a common way of paying for meals across Austria. When I called again to confirm my reservation, I was told that it would only be possible to use the vouchers during lunch time. So, I tried to be flexible and amended my booking to lunch. When I arrived, I asked again if I could use the voucher before I ordered and I was told to wait. What followed was a series of long waits followed by an unexpected response which was that I could not even use it during lunch unless I only ordered the lunch menu. I did not understand why they were making such a big fuss about it, and I had to wait until the manager came back for her to just rudely tell me that they do not accept the vouchers other than for the lunch menu. Firstly, customer service should be the first thing that a restaurant values and to be honest, they score zero for that. To tell a customer that they are wrong, after I had called up to reconfirm and to reschedule my booking is just unacceptable. Then to be told that if I dont take the lunch menu or pay in cash then I can leave, just shows how much they really care about their customers. I left in the end, very frustrated and unhappy. I can't vouch for the food, but a restaurant that doesn't put customers interest first is not one I would want to dine in anyways. And anyways, if you read other people reviews, you'll find local koreans find this place overpriced and not authentic. There's definitely better food in salzburg than an unfriendly korean restaurant! Stay away...
Read moreWe were craving Korean food and found that this place had better Korean food offering than other places that I found on the internet in Salzburg area.
We went with the following items: Spicy pork Spicy Squid Kimchi Chigae Lettuce with Ssam jeong Kimchi (extra, comes with 2 other sides and Kimchi)
Skip the spicy squid, had no seasoning and they used round squid rings. The spicy pork was decent, the kimchi chigae was not bad. We had to pay extra to get banchans, which is unheard of for a Korean restaurants, it was disappointing and no refills, if you want more you have to pay more.
The service was decent, the food came out one at a time unfortunately, so we didn't really get to eat together. The place got busy, would recommend you go...
Read moreNot very appealing from the outside, but delicious Korean food! We checked with the restaurant a few days in advance as we were interested in the Korean BBQ. They told us that the BBQ currently couldn’t take place due to corona. Nevertheless, they made something happen since my girlfriend already was familiar with how Korean BBQ has to be cooked as she spent a couple of weeks in Seoul back in 2018. When we arrived, we were welcomed by a super friendly waiter who later gave us a brief introduction into the BBQ grill as well as the different kinds of food we were served. The food was so tasty and the service excellent. Check out this place, if you are in Salzburg and want to taste some authentic Korean food.
Keep it up,...
