I came in and asked for a table for two when the restaurant was still half empty with no reserved signs on tables. When I said I didn't have a reservation yet, I was told that the place was fully booked out. Although I had arrived at 6:30pm on a Saturday and I could see the potential that a few more spots may be filled, I sincerely doubted that the half empty restaurant was going to fill up by that much in the next hour. Interestingly, I realised after leaving that I could book online and I found that every single time slot was still free that evening on the online reservation system, and I had no issues with booking and confirming a 7pm reservation online (of course, I did not go back to the restaurant for my reserved time after this). Even though I was dressed reasonably well and spoke politely, I could only be left to conclude after this that there was something about me that wasn't good enough for this fine...

Die ganzen 5* Bewertungen hier kann ich mir absolut nicht erklären. Getränke haben allein schon 20 Min gedauert. Preis Leistung liegt für much ausserhalb jeder Kritik. 50€ für ein paar Stücke Früchte und je 1EL Aufstrich. Geschmack war gut, aber nicht den Preis rechtgefertigt. Service war katastrophal, haben 3x freundlich nach Wasser für den Hund gefragt, bei wolkenlos Sonnenschein und sehr warmen Wetter. Haben wir nicht erhalten, somit haben wir eine Schüssel geleert und selbst Wasser auf der Toilette geholt, wurden daraufhin angepampt und sehr unfreundlich zurechtgewiesen, dass die Schüsseln ja für Menschen sind, anstatt uns endlich einfach das Wasser für den Hund zu geben. Bis zum Schluss dann trotzdem kein Wasser erhalten. Man hätte einfach sagen können Hunde sind unerwünscht oder ähnliches, anstatt dann noch mit den Kunden zu diskutieren. Unser weiches Ei war hartgekocht, jedoch konnten wir das nicht bemängeln, da wir komplett ignoriert wurden nach dem Hunde-Eklat. Am Ende ließen wir das Ei von der Rechnung streichen, nachdem wir beschuldigt wurden, dass wir ja nichts gesagt haben (wobei wir ja ignoriert wurden). Löffel, Salz Pfeffer war ebenso Fehlanzeige. All in all wird uns dieses Lokal nicht mehr wiedersehen, der Gast sollte immer König sein, jedoch bei jeder Kleinigkeit mit dem Kunden zu diskutieren ist sicherlich nicht im Sinne der Gäste. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hätte einfach vollkommen gereicht um die Gemüter zu beruhigen, jedoch wurde sich eben dafür entschieden gegen den Gast zu arbeiten und uns unzufrieden gehen lassen. Ich empfehle dieses Lokal allen, die keine Gastfreundlichkeit mögen, keine Hunde mögen, guten Service verabscheuen und gerne für ihr Essen horrende und unverhältnismäßige Preise zahlen wollen.
