The ice cream was amazing, couldn’t be better. The problem was the workers. Me and my boyfriend we ordered a ice cream in a kind of cone because I don’t like the regular cone, the girl was confused and toke the wrong cone, my boyfriend (Austrian so he was speaking German) said to her that sorry but we wanted the another cone due I don’t like the regular one, the answer of her was “it’s too late” when she was confused and we said and point with the finger in the beginning which one we wanted. The solution was put the ice cream with the cone in a cup, was a shame that we are paying for a specific cone I wanted, she was wrong and she couldn’t change the cone, I don’t want different flavours just in the another cone, and if she would be nice I wouldn’t care, but the solution was a shame, looked as a ice cream in the floor.
