It’s really unpleasant and disappointing experience. Worst service I’ve ever met. The waiters are rude and could it be more professional? I was arranged in the corner which I think it is fine at the beginning. I sat there more than 10 minutes and no one came to ask or provide me menu. I tried to politely ask some waiters “excuse me, may I have the menu” and no one answer me. It seemed that they can hear nothing. Finally one waiter replied to me rudely and said he was not taking charge of the area where I sat and let me ask someone else. I was so astonished. I don’t want to jump to the conclusions that this restaurants discriminate against the Asians. The waiter had served other tables around me and just except for me, which makes me feel discriminated. I have reasonable double they’re “on purpose”. I waited for another 5 minutes and still no waiter came to ask me. It’s just waste time and I walk out the restaurant. I checked most reviews and I’m not the only one complain the poor service, but nothing changed. The owner always replied like “ they are busy and cannot satisfy everyone”. Please admit that you’re just stay arrogant and rude without any improvement. It’s your enterprise culture. You don’t think it is not right and unprofessional. Treating everyone in an equal and polite manner as well as with respect is the basic way of a human being. Last but no the least, I’m not, sincerely, recommend you to this restaurant.
