Cottage Roasters 1010 — Restaurant in Vienna

Unfriendly personal making a lot of noise with the dishes. We were two people ordered two desserts and a coffe coffee and they refused to bring us tab water. In Vienna that has an amazing water quality and water costs are irrelevant to the consumption, i don't understand why u have to drink water that stays in a bottle for some months until consumption and pay almost 4 € for that! I wouldn't have any problem paying a fair price for tab water. Weired refusal when i know that in the other Diglas two streets away they always bring water with the dessert. ..next time they should charge for the use...

Food is normal, atmosphere is cool and staff also... However, when it is time to pay nobody has warn you from the beginning that they do not take the credit card, so you will have to go in every streets close because they can not properly indicate you a close ATM. And to conclude, the lady was breathing out very loudly to indicate that I was annoying her. The only Diglas cafe I don't recommend visiting based on the negative experience here. Bad service: instead of a pumpkin soup a red beet soup served and only at the end of the visit explained, that the menu with the pumpkin soup was actually outdated. Why not mentioning it when taking the order? The bathroom is messy: only cold water, no roll in the dispenser, one has to use one of the rolls lying around, some if which have stains of a suspicious color. In Vienna there are certainly...
