We went during a buzy time to get some refreshments (ice cream and drinks). The place is nice enough but there were a few negatives: - we could not order at our table ice cream in a cone for our child. The server indicated that for kids they do make an exception from their rule of not allowing cones at the tables. However, they cannot bring it to you. So you have to queue up (in a pretty long queue) and get it yourself from the counter. Where is the service? (In the end we all ordered ice cream in glass bowls) - when brought to the table, the ice cream was half melted (our kid found the "ice cream soup" quite funny) - the server messed up some of the ice cream flavors that we ordered

I was charged €2.50 for a 0.5L glass of tap water, which came as an unpleasant surprise — especially since there was no mention of this charge in the menu or by the staff. I fully understand that some places in Austria charge for tap water, but clear communication is key to fair service. The rest of the visit was pleasant, but this detail left a disappointing impression.

It should be possible to give you “no star” instead of 1, that is already too much considering the rude and totally impolite kind of service provided by your server. Perhaps you should invest a bit on training your staff how to provide a minimum of pleasant service level. We ordered 4 ice creams, after long wait in the queue (with two kids) we had to prepare (and clean) a table outside because most part was totally dirty. As soon as we started eating the waiter came and told us we could not be sit there, because we ordered only ice creams, ridiculous indeed, the first place in the world I have ever seen such “rule”. But the worst part was how the waiter informed us about it, screaming out, being so rude that people around got scared, as we also did. Whether you have tables available only for specific items in your menu, you should inform your customers in a better and polite way and not using a hidden sticker and a rude and grumpy server screaming out to your customers in a touristic place known world wise. My money you will never see again and I will also advise people to avoid your place, you still have to work a lot to reach the bad level of service (if...

This place is a joke. Where can I start?

All over the funfair there are Wiener Schnitzels for 6.50 Euros, but this place charges 19.50 Euros. Why? I don't know. It was the plainest Wiener Schnitzel I've ever eaten.

The service is one of the RUDEST ever, they can't speak English to save their life, and to top it off, they went out of their way to make faces at me and my partner when we asked to get some fries on the side.

This is where they messed up the order, they replaced the salad that comes with the Wiener Schnitzel with the french fries, instead just adding fries on the side.

I worked on the cruise ship as a waiter, I know what is service excellence, an for a total of 50 Euros ($70 after the conversion) this was very, very poor, and I want to recommend everyone to go eat at the Chinese Buffet 2 minutes from there, because they will be better off there than this poor excuse of an...

I got in to the restaurant and asked for menu to check what do they have for dinner. Waiter with spectacless comes to me, gives me that rude head to toe look and escorts me to the bar area!? Why would I go to the bar if I need dinner menu. I asked "is there a problem"? He sets poker face "whhh what"..., I asked again "is there a problem , you give me that look so I need to know is there a problem with me being here". He hands me menu and leaves. What I figured place tends to maintain upscale feeling, which is definitely not as it is located in the middle of amusement park with kids running in and out of the place making it perfect place for rest while you little ones enjoy outside. We didn't have chance to order food for five as we were ignored from the start. Place looks good and nice , food from menu looks good , but just from menu.

Perfect example how arrogant stuff can make nice...
