Disappointing Experience

The food was acceptable, but the experience was far from it. While I was in the restroom, a short woman working at the bar began shouting at my young daughter, leaving her visibly shaken and scared. When I returned and learned what happened, I approached this staff member to address the issue, but she blatantly ignored me.

I requested to speak to the manager, who offered the explanation that the staff member assumed we were only there to use the restrooms and were not dining at the restaurant. This reasoning was unacceptable, as she clearly saw me walk in with my child. Instead of yelling at a little girl, she should have addressed her concerns with me as the parent.

Adding to the poor experience, the waiter directly asked for a tip, which felt very unprofessional.

Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant due to the rude and unprofessional behavior...

Be aware of the scam. The restaurant is nice and has a great relation cost/benefit. Unfortunately the waiter Dustan scammed us. We've asked for 2 pork schnitzel (13 euros) and a potato goulash (11 euros). He made us believe the schnitzels had a side dish included (fries -euros salad-euros) and a sauce (1,8 euros for a small pot of mayo and another 1,8 for a small pot of ketchup). After I paid, I had realized I was scanned. Make no mistake, he was clearly misleading us so our final bill was higher. He knew he was doing because I confronted him and he started to pretend this his English was not good and he was not understanding what I was saying. You can go to the place and you can have a nice meal at a very nice price but you have to avoid being served by Dustan, so you're...

It is not the food but people who make the place a nice or a bad experience. But visiting this restaurant was an absolute blast as the two things crashed together like two flying comets: amazing food and an immaculate service. We have ordered soup “experience” for two, and it was a brilliant choice both delicious and entertaining. And I would like to say thousand thanks to a waiter who served our table (sadly do not know his name, but you would definitely recognize him as he stands out with his smile, pro activity and passion for food that he happily shares with customers).
