Ichiban Tea — Restaurant in Vienna

Looks really cute and has potential but the staff is really unpleasant and rude and the drinks taste pretty bad. I had to ask for the staff to add extra sweetness, and she didnt take out the straw and remove the plastic cover to later replace it like in other boba stores. Which would be fine, but when she returned the drink to me she was holding the straw at the top and mixing it. It was really unsanitary and the drink still tasted bitter and mid though now sweeter. Also, there are tokens you get with every order for a claw machine in the store. I asked about the tokens as i didnt know how to get them and the cashier rudely retorted that ‘i was just about to give it to you🙄’ and kind of threw them on the counter. She still didnt bother explaining what they were for or anything that would welcome the customer into the experience. Overall, id recommend other shops way more and wont be...

Ich kam durch Social Media auf diese Lokalität. Es lockte einfach mit dem tollen "Roboter" BubbleTea. Dieses Kunststoffgefäß (einfach nur entzückend) war für mich ein Musthave. In Wien angelangt suchte ich diesen Ichiban Laden. Ein wenig unscheinbar wenn man es nicht kennt.

Leider habe ich recht schnell gelesen (war auf einem süßen Kärtchen vermerkt) das es bis Juli leider keiner dieser entzückenden "Roboter" Bubbleteas gebe. Aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage versteht sich. Die Dame am Tresen war überdurchschnittlich zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht für mich das passende Getränk zu finden. Sie führte mit mir ein wenig "Schmäh" und war wirklich nur Goldwert. Meine Mutter "plünderte" inzwischen die NonFood Ecke. So tolle Sachen zu sehr fairen Preisen; meines Erachtens. Vorallem, ich komme ja aus Klagenfurt, ist man eine der ersten die diese Stücke dann hat! Während dem ich gewartet habe (anscheinend hatte der Pager eine kleine Störung, daher dauerte es ein wenig) unterhielt sich meine Mama mit einem Zuckersüßen Geschäftsführer. Auch wenn mich unbeliebt mache. Ein Herr, asiatisch mit einem Wiener Dialekt dem man inhaltlich und von seiner Redensart einfach stundenlang zuhören hätte können.

Der Bubbletea, also er sieht nicht nur toll aus sondern ist definitiv etwas Neuartiges. Es war eine Milchig caramellige Note. Die Bubbles waren weich, aber dennoch bissfest. (Für mich, die es noch nie probiert hatte) eine neue Erfahrung. Man merkt die Inhalte und diese sättigen äußerst. Also man kann auch damit satt werden! Ich, große Esserin schaffte es nicht auf. Dazu gab es aus der süßen Vitrine (OMG) so sweete Macarons. Mit viel leibe zum Detail. Ich habe mir Matcha (sehr milder Geschmack, meines Erachtens auch für Menschen die es mit dem Magen haben) dann Zitrone (feine Zitrone, nach frischer und milder) und dann .... (peinlich ich habe es doch vergessen wie es hieß) Kuchenartige Leckerbissen. Ein Landesgericht! Aber leider vergessen 😁 Ob es nun die persönliche Geschmacksrichtung ist... kann ich nicht für jeden sagen, aber es war Handwerklich auf sehr hohen Niveau! Also der Hype ist nicht unbegründet muss ich sagen. Es war menschlich ein Perfektes Erlebnis und Geschmacklich. Und falls jemand auf dumme ideen kommt, meinen Bubbletea habe ich...

Honestly, really high quality and tasty drink. Although the staff messed up at first the temperature of my drink, they remade it and even gave me a free pancake mashallah . They’re really kind and I’m more than happy to support their shop while I’m in Vienna. I lowkey fell Inlove with their drink because of how tasty and fresh it is ❤️. Wishing everyone who works there an awesome day :-) so if you want good boba don’t even think about it twice and go there!!!! The place is really cute and cozy too and they sell some snacks and toys other than boba. Wishing all the people who work there a wonderful day and blessing you guys with more and more loyal...
