0 stars. The worst restaurant we have been to in a very long time. We came to the buffet this Sunday lunchtime with our two children.19.90€ per adult and 10€ per child. We paid 60€. But be careful, it is written in small print that the consumption of drinks is MANDATORY (yes, obligatory, you read that right... ) otherwise the restaurant CHARGES you 1€50 per person. Scandalous!!!! The buffet offers a choice of meat/fish but mostly vegetables. The products are of poor quality, the prawns were tasteless. I chose a teriyaki sauce but it was something like soya sauce with water. Zero flavour. Zero seasoning or spices. I didn't eat my dish and neither did my husband. It never happens to me, though, that I waste so much food. So we ate sushi which was just about right but not worth the price at all. What's more, when we arrived with the pushchair, the waitress ended up placing us at the very back of the restaurant (empty), in front of the toilets and away from the buffet (not at all practical with children.) At a totally dark table with no lighting. The toilets were clean but smelly. The dining room was ugly and not welcoming. Non-chalent staff, mocking, no courtesy and no service. Better not to eat than to waste your money here. In short, the best tourist rip-off, a stone's throw from the opera! Run away.

I recommend an Asian buffet at Kalvariengasse in the 17th arrondissement or an excellent Italian at Clusiusgasse where you will be delighted and...

Food: Most of the food is mediocre, the quality could be compared to that of an Asian street stand where you get a box of noodles with chicken or duck. In other words, not a restaurant standard. The buffet was mediocre but interesting since you can grab ingredients and then the chef can cook the food for you, let’s say that’s a nice add on.

However, the sushi Bento was a complete disgrace The sushi pieces were extremely small and looked old The spring rolls were terrible, that is a basic for a restaurant! The spring rolls barely had any vegetables inside! Basically it was a deep fried thing. The same goes with the rest of the fried “things” The rest of the bento is just a sad salad with no taste.

Decor: the restaurant looks OK nothing special, but it doesn’t look bad either

Service: Some of the waiters can be very nice so that’s always a +for a restaurant.

Final comment: At the end of the day, the restaurant will most likely stay the same since it is in the first district and they will always have some tourist that fall into the trap.

Not going back again, however...

My experience at Wok & More was very good mainly because you could get more for your money and the quantity of the food was excellent. The fish dish portions are large and the quality of the fish is superior to any I have ever tasted. The fried duck was good quality and the duck was fried just right. The sushi is flavoursome and has portions that are certainly enough to fill me! The only reason I put the restaurant as a 4 star restaurant is because the atmosphere wasn't that memorable - there wasn't any music, mood lighting and there wasn't much decoration. However the waiting times are very short which more than makes up for the lack of memorable atmosphere. I recommend this restaurant to people who prefer to have good quality and quantity food rather than...

Wok & More is really a good restaurant where one can relax and have a delicious meal. I took my friends there and we ate to our satisfaction. Their service is wonderful, all their food taste very delicious. The price is very good to compare with their food. They Have a good quality control and is a very clean place. Their buffet contains a lot of sea food , fresh vegetables and there are varieties of food to eat from there. I would recommend anyone looking for a good place to eat a delicious and affordable meal to go to wok & More restaurants in Karsplatz vienna . Their drinks are also good and affordable. Wok & More offers the best meal honestly. Go and taste and thank me later 🥗🥙🥗

It’s totally worth the money! You have so many options to choose from buffet and a la carte menu. I’ve seen some people saying that the food doesn’t taste like anything, but it all depends on the spices and sauces you choose. You can always add spices, sauces or ingredients to make a flavourful dish. I appreciated the fresh ingredients, the food and deserts variety and the central placement! PS: The staff is nice, they are doing the best so you can have a great time there. Some of them are speaking English very well (especially the younger staff), the older staff might not speak it that well, but that wasn’t a problem for me, as we managed to understand each others.
