We went to buy some cosmetic. First there is no sales person around except for about a few you can count with one hand. Obviously they are busy attending to something but not the customers. Everyone was chasing for someone to help. When we asked around, one point to the other. Basically no one interested in you. In the end we have to pick only one necessary item (actually plan to buy more but with such lousy service, who want to buy anything). We have to bring the item to cashier ourself who was very busy with already a queue and no one seem to come in to help. What a really impersonal shopping place. It more a supermarket where you find the item, take it to the counter and pay. It worse than supermarket because they only have one cashier counter.
I recommend they just sack all the staff, put some kiosks with all the items and customer can go and pay and the kiosks just dispense the items. It save labor cost and rental cost since it do not need so much space to put the rows of kiosks. If you think there is no service with the kiosks, there is currently no service at all now. So what...

Read moregood afternoon, today, August 23, I was just at the Inno gallery, I wanted to buy a foundation for my skin type, it is dry, and I want to say that I asked the consultant for advice, a short woman with dark short hair, when I approached her and turned to her upon request, she immediately changed her look, evaluating me and began to explain to me with displeasure that they have creams for all skin types, I said that I was interested in dry ones, I don't speak Dutch and asked me to translate on my phone, she did it with displeasure and when she returned it to me she wiped her hands from holding my phone, it's strange to say the least.. I was shocked by such behavior that the consultant can't give advice and just scolds me to understand that I can't buy something from them, although I came for a specific purchase.. it's actually terrible, I have a lot left unpleasant impressions from...
