Cafe Bebo — Restaurant in Brussels

This is a beautiful and cosy bar in typical Brussels style with an excellent and wide choice of beers and beer specials. Very friendly staff but only cash accepted. Great location and great terrace, ideally situated between south Station (midi) and Grand'place. They serve some food, but it's mainly an excellent bar with a nice hamburger restaurant (houtsiplou) and some other nice bars on the same square (also 2 Michelin stars resto next doors). Ideal for younger tourists to get some good beers and for more experienced visitors to relax and enjoy a typical Brussels mix of languages and people....

Been to this place 4 years ago, I still remember it. There was so much good beer, I'd like to go to Brussels again just for another visit. The place was tidy, music was spot on and prices were lower compared to other bars in the centre a few hundred metres further. Lovely bar. Generously poured 25cl beers on tap are about 4€ and cheese plates are 4-5,50€. The staff are friendly, the toilets are clean, and the location is excellent (the road noise isn't too loud and it's away from the touristy area).
