Très décevant 😞 Really disappointing. I visited the previous version of the exhibition years ago and enjoyed it. You walked through a series of rooms with footage, memorabilia and pictures. Now you are given an audio guide of dubious functionality and sit on a chair close to a little screen and trawl through archive footage or watch some concert clips. Why go to Brussels and pay to watch a screen? You can watch the concert footage on YouTube and though the archive content is interesting the presentation is tedious and inefficient. Read moreI spent a Saturday afternoon completing the audio guide tour of the city. (Plugged my own noise-cancelling headphones into the audio guide device.)
A fantastic way to explore much of central Brussels, taking in a lot of the city’s landmarks, and it’s very easy to pause the guide to take a break.
I completed the full length tour of 2.5 hours over a 3.5 hour period, stopping at A La Mort Subite and some record shops a long the way.
