Takaki is a Japanese surname, I guess this place is thus named to suggest it's Japanese, or a tie to Japanese cuisine, but there's nothing Japanese about it. The food is average at best. And to add insult to injury, overpriced. The one exception was the bao, which was nice (we had multiple dishes).
