After 5 years living in Europe and having visited 10 countries this is the worst customer service that I have experienced by far.
The staff was extremely rude and pushy to order as fast as possible because "every table is money". It is self evident that they do not care about the service or people, but about how much money they can get from you.

Read moreSupposedly the tiniest pub in Ghent, with a lovely terrace. Try to sit on the tiny first floor if you can, it's an experience in itself. If that spot is occupied and the weather allows it, you're also good on the terrace outside. Service is friendly and speedy and the personel will gladly help you with advice on which beer to pick.
