Husband’s Perspective We recently visited this restaurant, drawn by its promise of a regional Polish tasting menu—this time focusing on Silesian cuisine. From the start, service was polite: they greeted us, collected our coats, and showed us into a small foyer before we entered the dining area. The interior felt like an eclectic mix of Polish and Scandinavian design, which seemed a bit improvised, though it might be an intentional choice. Once we began the meal, we noticed that the dishes and drinks leaned heavily toward sour and bitter flavors. Many courses were either very acidic or overly salty, which overwhelmed the subtler elements. We chose what was presented as a Polish sparkling wine, though it turned out to be from a French winemaker who had settled in Poland. While that backstory was interesting, it felt odd when we were specifically looking for something unmistakably local. Our non-alcoholic beverage pairings were inventive but often too bitter or earthy for our taste—one infusion had a pronounced mushroom flavor that was quite strong, and another tasted almost like lightly flavored water. The food courses included items like a dumpling approached in a modern way and a pita with feta, which didn’t seem to fit the Silesian focus. By the time we reached dessert, we were hoping for a highlight that would tie everything together, but it, too, felt imbalanced. One final surprise was that they only offered filter coffee, which seemed out of step with the otherwise ambitious concept. In the end, while we respect the idea of exploring and reinterpreting local cuisine, the overall execution fell short of our expectations. Mine’s perspective: After our visit, I couldn’t help thinking that I might have been happier spending the same amount on a new pair of boots. While some of the dish-and-beverage pairings did make sense when taken together, the drinks on their own were often too bitter or sour for my liking. I’m also not fond of strong goat cheese, which featured prominently in one of the dishes. As for the vegetarian dumpling, it contained a thick pumpkin purée that I found unappealing, almost like baby food, and I ended up leaving most of it. On the plus side, I did enjoy a well-prepared egg dish that used obviously high-quality ingredients. Among the desserts, there were three small takeaway treats at the end that I found enjoyable, and I liked the playful concept of the “iceberg” dessert, although I still felt the flavors swung between overly salty and overly sweet, lacking a balanced middle ground. Overall, while I can see how fans of experimental or bold flavors might appreciate this restaurant, I personally left feeling that the meal did not justify the price.

My wife and I went for the "Best of" menu they announced on their Facebook page. It sounded like a good idea to try their best hits. The location is nice, and the staff are friendly. The presentation and plating was very well done, and unique - very creative! Unfortunately I have to leave 3 stars because the taste was average and a bit disappointing. In some of the dishes, the taste was even 1-2 stars. Two of the plates, the meat and fish plates, were tasty and I'd rate them about 4 stars. The cigar and walnuts tasted bland. Our least favorite dish was the dessert. It was some kind of whipped cream covered by black powder, and mixed with shredded salad greens. We tried to eat it but both found it pretty disgusting. Sorry guys - maybe your other menus are better but we had a hard time enjoying the food. The focus in such a restaurant should be delicious tastes above everything else. I would have had a more satisfying meal at a pizza place, and this is difficult for me to say as I usually enjoy these multi course Michelin-star style experiences.

Hello. I was at your restaurant a few days ago with my girlfriend. Probably one of the best and amazing meals we had in looooong time. The balance with textures and flavors was incredible and surprising. How to present classic cultural and traditional meals in a complete new way, keeping the soul of the food but making it a whole new experience. Simply mind blowing. We’ve been in many Michelin star restaurants, and few could follow your lead. We went the next day to a another restaurant, recommended by a friend, Nolita. Poor, snob, outdated (service, decoration, menu, and manners) overpriced and not even close for a mention anywhere. You guys are the best in Warsaw at least Thanks for the whole experience, service, food and ambiance Can’t wait to come back next time we will be in Poland. And we will 🥰

Had an 8 hour layover in Warsaw and spent 2.5 incredible of them here. The whole team from maitre’d to chef were attentive, informative and best of all - the food was divine and the wine matched perfectly. I arrived for the start of a new region - northwest Poland. Chose the Polish caviar add ons (highly recommend) and paired with the regional wine tasting - Portuguese, Czech, Austrian, Hungarian, Polish- which ended with a locally made elderflower wine. Everything just perfect but the garfish with red peppers in a tomato broth was insane - I could have eaten 3 of them. I’ve been fortunate enough to eat in most of the worlds top restaurants and this ranks right up there for flavours with any Michelin star that I’ve enjoyed.

Great local cuisine interpreted in an international way, the chef changes menu every month according to a different region in Poland, that is lots of work and not many people doing that these days. The ingredients are selected from organic farms outside of Warsaw, so very top quality. The set menu offers a great value, also there is vegetarian menu as well. Love the young potato dish they have for this month, paired with summer squash. The wine selection is good as well, got local Polish highlights and neighboring countries good stuff, lots of organic options. Overall I should say this is one of the top 5 restaurants in town, highly recommend.

Wonderful experience I had here, from the moment they unlock the door and guide you to your table, to the first bite of an array of tasty deliciousness prepared with love and from the freshest ingredients, you will have a fabulous time here. I personally recommend it as a date spot or of two friends love food and need an intimate space to catch up, I chose the former. Wine selection was top notch and decently priced, the food came out in a timely matter and never felt slowed nor rushed. All the staff was punctual, kind and never over bearing. I would return in a different season to see how the chef deals with the changing of the months. 6 stars
