Shanghai Resturant — Restaurant in Municipio Sucre

It was Sunday afternoon and I was very hungry.As I am a vegetarian, I was weary for cheap and best options in Sucre. But I was not able to find as per the value for money and most of the vegetarian shops were closed. Luckily I found this place and it was a big relief. They did not had much options in veg , just rice and noodles. But the taste of fried rice with eggs were awesome. The food also came with 3 different kinds of Salsa and sauces which were spicy and I literally drank the salsas as they were very tasty. Just not very Chinese. The noodles with vegetables was actually overcooked linguine with a few pieces of cabbage and carrots (although the flavor was good). The chicken fried rice (which we ordered because it was the only chicken that wasn’t fried) was bland with flecks of carrots and green onions and a few small pieces of chicken. The sweet-and-sour pork was pretty good. The meal was served with some sort of spicy soy sauce, a milky mayonnaise type sauce and a typical Bolivian salsa. As all the vegetarian restaurants were closed at 15:30, I accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant and asked for vegetarian options. There were only two: pasta and rice. I chose rice with vegetables and that was the best vegetarian meal I've had so far in Bolivia! Delicious, abundant and cost me only 2 USD! A small jar of lemonade is actually 1 liter, so I ordered a half. I ate like a king for less than 3...
