Everything about this restaurant is great. Food was awesome. Service was perfect. Bathrooms were the cleanest and best smelling I’ve encountered in all of Bolivia. The only thing I can criticize is that Ramen is only served on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays. I was craving Ramen when I came and couldn’t get it. Not the end of the world because I got a great tasting beef Yakisoba instead. The ice tea was very refreshing.

But if you're going to claim to offer another culture's cuisine, please take care with the quality and preparation. We visited this "sushi" restaurant on our first night in Sucre. The service was fine. However, the staff only speaks Spanish, which is fine in Bolivia. But certainly, Spanish is not the only language spoken in sushi restaurants. And not all tourists can speak Spanish. This is probably why so many reviews for this restaurant had misunderstandings for their orders. But we ordered our food without any issues. The sushi was mediocre at best, and the ramen was just fine, but the noodles were not authentic for Japanese ramen. We ordered one tempura roll and salmon roll with picante mayonnaise. I recommend avoiding both of these sushi rolls. The taste was uninspired and quite heavy on the carbs for sushi. And this restaurant needs to know that real Japanese restaurants DO NOT charge for extra wasabi and ginger! Unlimited amounts of both are included with dinner! Again, if you're going to serve another culture's food, know the customs! Overall, if you're desperate for Japanese, this restaurant is not a bad option in Sucre. But this will be our only visit.

For three servings of sushi they gave us a very small one serving of wasabi and refused to bring more, they said it was only for a fee. My recommendations to everyone who orders sushi here - order them in turn, then they will bring you each portion of wasabi separately, and do not put one meager drop on different portions of sushi. very greedy place.

It’s a beautiful restaurant in terms of design, the staff is nice but we were a bit disappointed by our food. The tofu salad was very basic and had nothing Asian, the Salmon sushi were really tiny and the chicken teriyaki’s sides were not as very tasty. It was still nice but you don’t have to go.

After some time in Latin America, I've missed Asian food a lot and so I looked forward a lot to the food here. I enjoyed a great Yakimeshi rice bowl here with spring rolls. It was tasty and suitably Japanese. Kaiseki has to be one of the better restaurants in Sucre.
