The sushi wasn’t bad but the service was really slow. It took 30 minutes for my first order, then I ordered an additional salmon roll that never came so I waited 30 more minutes for nothing and no waiter ever even mentioned it. Also once I asked to pay nobody actually brought the check for 10 minutes. It’s a small place so it shouldn’t be this slow. Also the chef rubs his nose with his hands a lot while making the sushi right in front of you. Gyoza - It looked like it was microwaved. When I bit into it, the filling was still half-frozen inside. Sent it back and they made a new one ... the dough looked more fresh and was more steamy but the filling was STILL half frozen. HOW DO YOU SERVE THIS TWICE?!!!!

Botekim is far from traditional Japanese food, it definitely has some very Brazilian "improvements", but you know what? It's really honest and tasty food. It's not cheap, but neither it's expensive, for the amount of food you can eat and the quality of it, it worth the money.
