Le Pain Quotidien — Restaurant in Região Imediata de São Paulo

Here in Le Pain Quotidien in Shopping Pátio Paulista we have a great coffee shop in European style. This you realize when you enter, since you hear European classical music playing in the background, which contributes much to a special atmosphere, I have not realized how much I am socialized by it. You have a seat either on the long table in the main room or on a table in the side wing of this coffee shop. The seating is comfortable and the pastries not just look very fancy but also taste very delicious.

This time I was about to have a Danish or one with almonds, but then I decided to ask what’s the cake of the day. And then the friendly waiter said a Maracuja Cake. As soon as hearing that I couldn’t resist and ordered this delicacy. Simply yummy! And together with the Cappuccino a perfect combination, if you ask me. The waiters are very friendly and willing to help you. The tables with the seats at the bench have plugs, the free wi-fi of the shopping center is working very well (the connection needs to be renewed every 30 minutes) and the atmosphere due to the stylish interior and the classical music playing in the background is very relaxing and refreshing at the same time.

I've never been to this place, however Google's perfectly fine algorithm insists that I've been here. Cmon, there's a toy store right next to it and I have a small niece that's the cutest thing that has ever walked on this planet we sadly live on. Of course I spend a significant amount of time at said toy store, but unfortunately GPS signal does not work properly behind metal and concrete structures, so my position is not quite clear to Google, who constantly thinks that I'd rather fill up my belly with bad carbs instead of spending my hard earned money buying toys to my niece. Frequento o Le Pain há muitos anos, vi nascer suas diversas unidades e sempre gostei do atendimento, do carinho e da atenção. A comida sempre foi saborosa, o atendimento cordial e sempre solícito, o que significa que qualquer coisa que um cliente peça, a casa está disposta a fazer pensando na qualidade da entrega. Como alguém experiente em customer experience, posso afirmar com segurança que este estabelecimento atende muito bem seus clientes e se preocupa com isso, sendo uma das características que me fazem frequentar. O gerente Tiago é uma pessoa muito atenciosa, prestativo e simpático, disposto a esclarecer qualquer dúvida, fazer qualquer mudança especial que esteja ao seu alcance e pronto para resolver qualquer problema. Uma observação: não tenho grau de parentesco com funcionários e nem donos do estabelecimento, estou apenas sendo completamente sincera em minha avaliação. Um dos meus preferidos da casa é a lasanha de abobrinha, também adoro o croissant, e o bolinho de milho. Os preços são adequados para a qualidade e região. Seus ingredientes são pensados para paladares mais seletos e também para os mais simples, não havendo distinção de gêneros. Eu não sou obrigada a pagar taxa de serviço, mas pago com gosto, pois sempre sou muito bem atendida. Nunca tive qualquer problema neste estabelecimento. Me espanta inclusive me deparar com algumas avaliações sabendo da realidade do restaurante, mas infelizmente não dá pra agradar a todos, embora todos na Le Pain se esforcem muito. Nunca presenciei nenhuma briga neste estabelecimento e nem maus tratos à equipe. E olha que sou frequentadora assídua e já vi muitas coisas, mas o que mais me admira é ver como sabem atender e conseguem lidar com problemas, dos pontuais aos inesperados. Deixo aqui meu grande elogio a todos, meus parabéns por todo o atendimento, ao respeito e ao preparo com carinho dos alimentos.
