Restaurante Spoleto — Restaurant in Região Imediata de São Paulo

It was last December 24. I waited for about 25 minutes (😡) until being asked about my order. Firstly I asked for gnocchi... "I'm sorry, sir, but we don't have it anymore", then I asked for a lasagna... "I'm so sorry, sir, but we don't have it anymore either", then (nervous) I asked for a specific fettuccine. I got really surprised when the clerk behind the counter said "can I take a look at the menu because I can't remember all the indredients?" 😮 ... I'm always at Spoleto units but I've never seen so many...

AVOID this place at all costs. I order Spaghetti Bolognese and added chicken stripes as an extra. The menu and pictures confirm there is minced meat beef and pork. My plate had zero minced beef and pork just the chicken stripes. The staff treated me with contempt, she said the order was correct and it is like that. Manager didn't bother. Pictures and the dish ingredients lista tells otherwise. They didn't offer a new one. So this a misleading place and I will send everything...

Péssima experiência!!! Funcionários MAL EDUCADOS, em especial o rapaz que prepara as refeições. Ao realizar meu pedido, o funcionário em questão ao notar meu sotaque diferente (sou paraense) começou a rir, me imitou e fez chacota. Se fosse na rua, tudo bem, eu levantaria a cabeça e ignoraria essa situação, afinal situações como estas são comuns. Mas acontece que ali eu era CLIENTE, estava PAGANDO PELO SERVIÇO, não para ser palhaça. Estava cansada, horas no aeroporto, só queria sentar e fazer minha refeição em paz para aguardar meu vôo. Não fui ali pra ser chacota pra ninguém, ainda mais PAGANDO. Fiquei muito chateada com o tratamento recebido e acabei falando umas verdades pra esse rapaz, pois em um aeroporto, onde o fluxo de pessoas do mundo todo é grande, espera-se que os funcionários recebam treinamento para serem educados e RESPEITAREM O CLIENTE, INDEPENDENTE DE SUA APARÊNCIA, SOTAQUE, OU QUALQUER DIFERENÇA. O rapaz ainda quis justificar dizendo que era nordestino, do Ceará... O que só torna a situação pior. Quero ser respeitada como cliente e infelizmente o SPOLETTO me ofereceu uma péssima experiência. Resultado do mal atendimento que recebi, fiquei sem comer, tamanha foi minha...
