UPDATE BELOW Dishonest business. We had a group of people order avocado toast while I ordered smoothies at a place next door because there were no smoothies on the menu. As we paid the bill they added “additional cost” to the bill charging us for each smoothie because we brought it into the establishment. When we disputed, they brought out some other menu saying they sold smoothies and had to pay for bringing the smoothies in. Absurd practice and TERRIBLE customer service!

UPDATE The audacity of lying about the experience is inexcusable. There was no "man" that brought the smoothies into your store. We were a group of ONLY women. I paid for the smoothies at the store next door, walked in as my friends were ordering their toast and handed them their drinks. No one told us that we were not allowed to bring in a drink in hand. No one even asked us to take the drinks outside, nor were we staying to eat, simply ordering to go. Yet an extra charge was added to the receipt without anyone telling us and only after paying and seeing it on the receipt, we asked and were told we were charged for smoothies because we brought them into the store and held them in our hands while completing our order. I will reiterate again that nowhere on your menus did it have smoothies. But rest assured we will not be coming back. Your predatory practices are not worth the...

By far, the most delicious sweets place I've been to.

Amazing and I mean breath taking and mind blowing home-made ice cream - the cheesecake is something that will make me go back to Plovdiv and the rest (including cherry, Greek yogurt, pistachio, chocolate, mascarpone, fig...) bring an euphoria of tastes, textures and colours.

That's not all - the cakes are one of a kind, with deep flavours and a character to remember, no bland clichés.

The best would be (and they were born to pair) a piece of cosmic-tasty cake in combination with the out-of-this-world ice cream.

The coffee is also a signature for Complimenti, the fresh juice is indeed fresh and you should try it.

Last, but not least, not at all, is the service - I am beyond words to congratulate the staff and their attitude - unobtrusive, but very kind and attentive, they definitely know how to welcome a guest.

Do something good for yourself - go visit this place.

This is the best coffee and gelato place to open up in Plovdiv recently. The coffee is strong and the gelato is delicious 🤤 really creamy and smooth. All flavors taste great. We tried them.

The place itself is beautifully decorated. The colors and vibrant. You can spot the nice touches everywhere.

All this is topped only by the level service. The owner is a great hostess and a lovely lady (thank you for doing your best to seat us although it was crowded). The rest of the Complimenti crew is also gorgeous...
