Burger King Skyline — Restaurant in Jakarta

Do not go, I got there are about 1:20, spent 10 minutes placing my order and fighting with the debit card reader and had to pay at the counter, only to find they decided to stop making burgers for the night. The name of the restaurant is Burger King, but no burgers. Assuming the cooks were just too lazy to cook another batch. Funny for a restaurant that says they are open 24/7. Even if they closed at 1:30, I was there well within the operating hours, the door was wide open.

Just employees wanting to leave earlier I assume. Now I have to go home hungry. Is this what customer service means at Burger King? Assuming the only valid order would have been whatever stale food that they had lying around. Make your hours 1am if you wanna close early, don't let customers go out of their way to go to your establishment just to turn them away coz the staff doesn't feel like cooking. If the doors are open, YOU ARE OPEN. Next time lock the doors if your staff is too lazy to cook.

Looks like McDonald's literally across the street got a new customer. Do better...

Yesterday i had dinner at Burger in Skyline Restaurant. When i went to the Lavazory to clean my hands and mouth, a staff remove my tablet with food and drink and put it without any comment to garbage.

What a hostile, unfriendly and egoistuc attitude. She just not only stole the food from me, but also ignored my reaction to return the tablet. Something like this never happened to me, since i arrived in Jakarta 29 years ago. Generation Z is such a nuisance and a shame for the countries and its peole values and tradition.

I will never, ever enter this place...

the location is actually very strategic, near sarinah building. the place is very crowded. although, compared to other fastfood chain restaurants around here, this one is less packed. hence that's the reason i came here last time. you still need to queue for a while but there are still chairs and tables available for you to dine in.

what surprise me is the rice package is larger than most fastfood restaurant. i'm actually satisfied with the portion. i like the boneless chicken option. it's crispy and tasty.
