Service was terrible. Waiter tried to take our order without writing it down, we had to tell him to get a note pad as we ordered about 9 dishes. The waiters spilt sauces as they put our food on our table. We asked them to take away a plate of nachos that we had finished with and another plate that we didn’t quite finish. He proceeded to pour the nachos onto the other plate as we were eating and spilt them all over the table. We had to stack the plates ourselves and give them to the waiter as he couldn’t understand how to pick them up and was reaching over us eating. The food was bland and basic. Every time a customer entered or left the restaurant the whole staff would start screaming welcome or thank you so we couldn’t hear our own conversation. They tried to clear food as we were very clearly still eating it. When we tried to pay the waitress insisted that there was not enough money. When we turned away and gave her back the same amount she then said it was the correct amount. We also weren’t allowed to pay with card as she didn’t know how to...

the games and concept has lots of potential and could very well play off charming but some of the food is just not up to par. the main signature dish at this place is the katanashi beef steak. unfortunately, it was impossible to chew. considering how fantastic their mackerel was and the meander wait, this was pretty disappointing. we also ordered nachos that came with a minced pork tomato sauce. the dish holding the dip was too small and dainty which made dipping messy. it would be solid of the establishment to consider using a slightly larger containers for this to make the eating experience of this specific item less clumsy.

the atmosphere at katanashi is inviting and cosy. the mackerel was outstanding. with a few changes, this place could run like a beauty. I’d come back to try out the rest of the menu. there is...

damn, i was so disappointed. i'd heard good things from friends and knew they had a good reputation but our experience kinda sucked.

the vibe and the staff were cool, and things started well with excellent mackerel. the japanese nachos were okay but the sauce serving was crazy small so we couldn't finish them.

the big problem was the meat though, we ordered a couple servings of the 'signature' beef. it took forever to come, had to remind them, and then it was just awful. cooked medium-rare or so but so tough it was difficult to chew. my girlfriend couldn't even eat it so i took the hit because i was starving but also had to give up. zero hyperbole, we both had sore jaws afterward. normally i'd have sent it back but we didn't have much time and they'd already kept us waiting. hoping that was just an...

You can enjoy a delightful Japanese izakaya in Langka Lane. They have some small games you can play when you order edamame, a highball, or draft beer. Food rating as below: 1. Terrayaki Chicken Pizza: 9.5/10 (crispy and tasty) 2. Karaage: 7/10 (a little bit oily) 3. Tokyo Dry Ramen: 8/10 (not as dry as it should be since they place the yolk in it). 4. Katanashi Beef Steak: 8/10 (tastes good when hot) 5. Squid Lemon Japanese Ahijo: It's the best dish I've ever ordered. 6. Prawn Tomato Japanese Ahijo: It's the best dish I've ever ordered. 7. Saba fish: 9/10 (as juicy as it supposes too) 8. Creamy Corn Potage Ball: 6/10 (too creamy for me) Overall, the food rating shall be 8/10. Service 9/10.

Tasty foods with affordable price and the atmosphere very relaxing and chilling especially the staff very well trained. I like how they interact with customers with all kin dog activity such as playing rock-paper-scissor to determine the amount of edamame with the price of $2.9 and the beer, find out more by visiting there yourself and experience this as well. Need to book as the place is small and limited seat, don't even expect to have available space if you decide to go there as walked in customer, especially if you're with big crowd, if you're alone or with couple maybe you can try your luck. 💥 Recommended
