I am dumbfounded over the positive reviews. I went for lunch around 12:30 pm and was told that they were out of pork, broccoli, beer until this evening: maybe!! I should have left then but I was hungry and walked to this area specifically to want here batted on the reviews. I asked if they could swap beef for the pork belly and they agreed. I didn’t order any veggies and order a gin and tonic. The beef was overcooked and thought. Most of it I placed in a tissue and threw away it was that tough. The accompanying sauce was horrible-basically liquid salt. Speaking of salt, they rimmed the G&T with salt and there was so much of it out settled to the bottom of the glass. After eating at Old House multiple times and always having a great experience, I decided to host my Birthday here. My Birthday experience was incredible, and the Old House team went above and beyond accommodating a table of 16. The team made it super easy to book and pre-order food! When we arrived the set up was great, and the team checked when we would like the food which they followed through with and brought it out with great timing.
