We had high hopes on entering Il Forno however when we arrived to the restaurant at 7pm there was only one other table occupied. The starters where good but we have had better in Italian restaurants. However, the main issue arose when the mains arrived. We had orederd a gnocchi and a ravioli but were instead served a gnocchi and a Tagliatelle, when we questioned this we where told this was right but only when we pushed further the Tagliatelle was returned to the chef. Some menus are the best, bust some are the worst. I can feel nothing for some basic pasta and pizza, just cooked flour. You should be careful to choose menu. Last week I went there and ordered a risotto because not many restaurants in Phnom Penh have this dish and I have to say the risotto with seafood is superb.
