The Grounds — Restaurant in Khan Boeng Keng Kang

One of my favourite cafes in PP. The cafe is beautifully designed. The moment you step into the cafe, you feel like you've entered a different world. I particular like how the entrance to the cafe is a little farther in from the road, so it's a lot quieter there. There is both an indoor and outdoor area of the cafe; the outdoor area looked beautiful but it was way too hot for me to sit there during the day. The indoor part was a bit smaller, but nicely airconditioned and had a nice vibe with the background music. The food was really good too. I had their big breakfast, their chicken and waffles and also tried their fish tacos. All of them were really delicious. Their big breakfast was nice, but nothing unique. So I do recommend you trying some of the other dishes instead. Their chicken and waffles were really good. And the fish tacos were delicious; generous with the ingredients and great tasting esp with the tangy sauce.

I have recently visited the store during their extended opening hour event (The ground x social) which normally they close by 6 in the evening. The pop-up night experience extended till 10pm. where the store transformed into a chill and relax hangout spot with foods and beers.

It's considered to be one a hot spot to get brunch in town. I love their creative selection of brunch menu. Really recommend the chicken and waffle and matcha affogato.

They have both indoor and outdoor spaces. The space is decorated in a desert/valley design which they did it really well. I love the ambience and how they keep you cool with the abundance of fans. Many great instagrammable corner for people who love taking pictures.
