Fortune Palace. Been a while since I came here. MSG in shrimp sauce and soy sauce. Fish maw soup for 12 usd had good broth and pleasant texture from the Cordyceps mushroom. Shrimp dumpling for 6 usd had a melting messy skin not worth eating. Golden shell crab for 28usd was executed nicely with good balance of saltiness and umami from salted egg yolk. Mixed feeling about this place. Maybe best to avoid...

It was for Chinese New Year dinner with the family, Mr. Chen was a fantastic host. He was very accommodating to all our request for CNY traditional dinner. VERY very appreciative of Mr. Chen's efforts. My complements to the restaurant...
