Ok, besides the Gold, the food and service is amazing. We had the "All You Can Eat" Dim Sum lunch, or for the Aussies like me reading this then its Yum Cha, and let me tell you that for around $30USD it's an awesome deal.

We nearly needed a trolley to take us out because the food was so fresh and delicious we just kept ordering and eating.

They have a great system where they give you the menu of all the dishes, with some pictures, and all you have to do is write how many of each you want in the gray circle. Then if you want more you just ask the wait staff and it arrives fresh and quick.

Fantastic dim sum. Coming from Taiwan (the home of Michelin starred Din Tai Fung), I have a high bar for xiao long bao and can testify that all the dumplings here are excellent. Also the egg tarts are exceptional, so fluffy and just lightly sweet, definitely the lightest and most pleasant version I've eaten so far The range of dim sum is narrower than the menu offered by large dim sum restaurants in Hong Kong but this obviously ensures the high quality of what is a rather upscale and cosy restaurant overlooking a beautiful Buddhist structure and the river. Hall of Golden Chimes - hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Phnom Penh and according to my guests from China: wow”. Any dish you order will not disappoint. Chinese food can be greasy and salty, but here the flavors are light and you can taste the vegetables as it is meant to be. Meats all delicately stewed - fresh and beautifully presented.

The serving staff is professional and attentive without being overbearing. Ask for Jake and he will take great care of you.
