We liked the food so much we came back for a second visit the very next day! The noodles are indeed handmade; you can often watch them making a fresh batch at the front of the restaurant. We had the fried noodles with duck and they were fantastic. The reviews often rave about the dumplings, and they are correct! These are also hand made and the dough is fantastically crispy when fried, and surprisingly good steamed as well. The shrimp dumplings were the best. Getting a mixed plate of dumplings (8 pieces) doesn’t necessarily mean you get two of each kind (chicken, pork, shrimp and veggie). The spring rolls were wonderfully crunchy. We got the pork ones which came with minced pork mixed in with a creamy root vegetable. The filling was just alright, it’s the crispy crunch and fantastic dipping sauce that makes this worth ordering. We also tried the Khamer Curry with duck, since we already knew their duck was excellent quality. It’s a delicious mild coconut based curry - good to the last drop. Normally this comes with rice but we asked for a plate of plain noodles instead and added them to the bowl. We enjoyed their mango salad as well. Complex and tasty, leaning on the sour side for flavour profile. This is a great place to imbibe a bit as well. Their Cambodian rice wine is delicious (think Raki or Eau de Vie) but potent. Just a couple of these $2.50 USD shots will have you a bit wobbly. Their cocktails are well made and only cost $3 USD. The shakes are great too, we recommend the mango and lime. The only thing off was the service. We were seated promptly and our food arrived as we ordered it and in good time. However, when we ordered two dishes for sharing, no one brought us side plates. When we asked a staff member, she acknowledged us and then walked off never to be seen again. During our second visit when we had ordered to the curry, we had asked for a spoon. The waitress just looked at us with a blank stare and wandered away. So we drank the remaining curry straight out of the bowl. Definitely recommend coming here, just be prepared to roll with the flow on service. First meal: 104,000 KHR Second meal: 67,000 KHR

The food was as SOUR as the attitude of the owner. We ordered 2 meals and 1 spring roll dish. After tasting the food it was AWFUL. We told the waitress that we didn’t like the food and requested her to please pack it for us in the container so we will give it to someone local instead of throwing the food in the bin and PAID $14 to her. And then the drama starts, owner came and asked for 50 cents extra for the container which we don’t have issue with, but then he mentioned that your lucky we are even giving you a container because in AUSTRALIA you won’t get the container if you want to take away your leftover food. He mentioned you only get paper towel to take your leftovers. 🤭🤔 Unknowingly for him we are from Australia and we told him his he’s wrong and there is no rule like that. Then he called his friend in Australia to prove us wrong 🤣 how stupid..! Anyways I spoke to his friend and he laughed and said just leave it, he’s an idiot 🤣 Anyways moral of the story: IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME do visit this place or better go somewhere else end enjoy GOOD Cambodian meal with a smile. Such a WASTE of MONEY. He doesn’t even deserve 1 ⭐️

I'm writing this review from the perspective of someone who is Asian and lives in Asia growing up eating noodles every day. I ordered the fried chicken noodles. On the positive, these noodles were fresh, had a really nice texture and firm bite. On the negatives: dish was bland with really no "traditional cambodian" flavours. Just tasted like light soy sauce (although the chili oil condiment jar on the table did the job rather nicely). Yes it's considered cheap next to establishments like Friends but really, for USD2.50-3 it's comparable to places like Singapore where you can get a plate of Michelin Bib Gourmand hawker stall noodles for the same price but way more delicious. This place is suitable for westerners who are first time Asia tourists, but for travellers with an Asian heritage - don't waste your time or tummy space. Go to Mok Mony instead!

My experience at this restaurant was beyond poor, and I do not recommend anyone to come here. I came here to try some of the local dishes and decided on the fish amok curry, after which the waitress who was serving me advised me that the dish was boneless. Suffice it to say that the dish was not boneless and I ended up swallowing a bone about 3cm long! Initially I remained calm trying to cough it out but as that wasn’t working I got up and asked for the toilet as I was choking and was visibly panicked. The waitresses pointed me to the back of the restaurant and said upstairs. I immediately ran to the back and was clearly choking at this point, whilst the waitresses were just shouting that I was going the wrong way and did not help me at all. I managed to get the bone out by myself and only at this point did they come over to show me where the toilet was. When I returned to my table, one of the waitresses who did not help me was telling all the other staff about what just happened, using facial and hand expressions to mimic me choking and obviously speaking which I didn’t understand and laughing about it whilst I was sat right in front of them. They continued to stare at me whilst I attempted to continue eating as I did not want to waste the meal, but the more I ate the more bones I found, big ones too! I decided to pay and leave without finishing my dinner, the waitress let me pay and did not even offer an apology or a discount given I hardly ate anything and choked! I am not usually one to leave bad reviews but this was such an awful experience and the staff just seemed to...

I went to this restaurant the 2nd since the 1st time was quite okay, but the 2nd i went back here, that was horrible. I have never experienced such a terrible service from a restaurant like that before.

First of all, I was ordering a bowl of Tom Yum and a plate of fried noodles with clearly mentioned that please don’t put onions and spring onions into these 2 dishes since i have strong allergies, please pay attention.

But, first of all, even the drink was served wrong. My friend oder “dragon fruit shake” but they brought “mango shake”. When we said, we didn’t order that, the woman was angry at us but still brought us the dragon fruit shake.

Secondly, they brought the Tom Yum with full of onions, then the plate of fried noodles with full of spring onions…. I thought, it might happened that it wasn’t possible to have these dishes without onions. Thus, I gave them another chance and order “noodle with shrimp”, without onions and spring onions of course. However they brought me “noodle with shrimp dumplings”, of course inside the dumplings with onions. I was completely speechless! Just took my allergy pills and hopefully my eyes will stop swollen and my body stop being itchy and red. I cannot believe that they completely messed up entire oder and didn’t take allergy problems seriously. I definitely will not return to...
