Well you’re only as good as the last pizza you make for your customers. I have had a few pizzas from here and honestly the majority of them have been great, nice crust crispy and well cooked but last going was quite the opposite with undercooked crust and doughy which is a horrible texture in my mouth for sure. The first time it happened I gave the pizza to my friend who cooked it fully in his home and Pizza Hut replaced my pizza with a well cooked replacement the next day free of charge. Later on another pizza I ordered came the same way and I took pictures of the crust showing the center of the pizza obviously undercooked so I was trying to help discover how this was happening but this time they refused to take responsibility for the problem but agreed to cook another which was again undercooked but not as badly as the one it replaced so at that time I decided to stop ordering from them any longer.
I can say that they still have the problem and I think it’s the time of day and a cooler than should be oven at that time (lunch time) but in spite of trying to get to the bottom of the problem they just want to tell me the problem is me. Too bad because I did like the pizza there when it was...
Read moreI placed order #18427260 and was quoted that I will receive my order at 7:19 pm. I called at 7:39pm to check on status and I was told that we haven't received your order! I offered to provide my order number and other details but was discarded and asked to place another order. Agent was extremely rude and had poor communication skills(asked me to repeat every sentence i spoke) I asked to speak with manager as I was having difficulty communicating person on phone but was told manager in unavailable. Since I had no option I decided to place order with another company. Few minutes later I received order which did not exist as per pizza hut Canmore. I had already paid other company and could not cancel as they did nothing wrong on their end. Hence it took me almost 90 minutes to receive food and ended up having double order. Also wanted to mention person on phone made me feel like and idiot and tried to prove I might have messed up something while placing order. At 7:22pm still no pizza and called the store on repeat 10+ times until someone finally answered and said the order was on its way. We inquired about the delivery notification 30-mins earlier and were told they MAY have accidentally hit a wrong button.
This store is clearly keeping corporate happy over their customers. We would have happily waited for our order had the store been truthful and upfront with expectations. Such a shame. As local residents we won't be ordering from here again.
We cancelled our order over the phone and the driver showed up 5-mins later. We advised him of our cancellation, he apologized and left with the pies. Will see how quickly they refund our online credit card...
