Went there to grab coffee at 10:40… there was no closed sign, staff was looking at me as I committed a crime entering. Girl at the back looked shocked. The guy who left before us ended up buying a coffee. I was next in line and the manager said “we’re closed”
Rule 1 of customer service - when customer is in your store you have to serve him especially when there is no “we’re closed” sign
Rule 2 I was second in line and the guy before me ended up getting coffee
Rule 3 there is something called “customer satisfaction” 4 people inside and only me in line and staff refusing to serve
Bottom Line - I goto Tim Hortons Now. I wont bother buying anymore Big Macs, coffee etc anymore. But that’s just me. I believe in “NOT DEALING” with people who treat me Like this. So I just boycott McDonald’s and Tim Hortons is my new buddy.
Apart from this I would like to tell the manager that these are just the basics of customer service. I have been in customer service for 8 years. I strongly suggest you learn the basics of customer service.

Read moreI ordered an iced coffee and the kiosk and I waited almost 12 minutes for it. The worker made the coffee and placed it behind their work counter and didn't call my number and walked away. When I asked another worker that I was waiting a long time for it she had a smug on her face saying I probably didn't hear the number (even though was standing at the counter the whole time). I explained to her no number was called and she was smirking telling me to "calm down" and she handed me my coffee and said have a good day. I told her "yeah 12 minutes later" and as I'm walking away I can hear her and the other workers laughing. Maybe be more thoughtful and listen to the customer instead of being a pig and work on your attitude, it will get you a better job and career instead of working...
Read moreI wish I kept the photos but this is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had to order from. First of all, I ordered two drinks and two cheeseburgers, took 30 mins to prepare and send out. I’m addition to having to wait almost an hour for my food ( I ordered through Uber). Upon arrival, my drinks were spilled ALL inside the bag making it so the delivery man couldn’t even hold the ripped, soggy bag. Bro even let me know that this McDonald’s always does this, they’ll prepare an order for Uber then just drop it outside the door with no care for the food quality or even the common sense to think “someone is going to eat this”.
