This review is based on my most recent interaction with a staff member alone and not a reflection on the food. Her name was Anushka I believe.

I’ve been a longstanding customer who orders often in person and on delivery apps. I also recommend this place to friends and bring them there to eat. Today I called and ordered a burger and maggi for pickup. I was told 15 mins. I got there 20 mins later and the girl working there only then put the maggi on the stove. I asked why she was on starting it now. She said it’ll only take 2 mins instead of answering why it was only being started now. There wasn’t a single customer there so I asked again why she was starting now upon which she told me they had a lot of online orders. But funnily enough, they weren’t preparing any other food except my maggi.

I’m not a fool. I know dry maggi doesn’t take 2 minutes to cook as it needs to absorb the water. But 2 mins later she gave me a container. I thought I saw her pouring liquid into it, presumably because she wants to maggi to actually finish getting prepared as I drive home. I asked her if there was any liquid in the container and she said no. I was asking so I could be careful and keep the box straight and also so she could’ve put it in a separate bag. But of course this girl has no concept of honestly or taking responsibility so she lied.

I get home and open the bag and guess what? The bag is full of maggi soup. It’s a huge mess. I called the store to let her know and OF COURSE she doesn’t take responsibility and continues to lie and make excuses. “Oh this is how much liquid we leave in dry maggi” bla bla bla. She thinks I’m an idiot. It’s funny how many times I’ve ordered maggi on ubereats and there was no spillage. Funny how many times I’ve made maggi and I know it takes longer than 2-3 minutes.

The issue here isn’t even the spillage or the fact that she had forgotten to prepare my food altogether. We all make mistakes. The issue is the repeated lies and trying to make a fool of a customer and take zero accountability. It’s a mentality issue. All she had to say when I got to the store was “Oops sorry I forgot the maggi order and I’ll make it now”. That’s it. That would’ve been decent customer service. But instead she had to start a series of lies. I came home and all the masala out of the maggi had already spilled out so I couldn’t eat it. When I asked for a refund on the phone she asked me to drive back and get one instead of just voiding the...

My experience at BunnyBay wasn’t as great as I expected it to be seeing its high rating.

The atmosphere inside this Indian Street Food Cafe is okay and has an open kitchen concept wherein customers can see the staff making food. It also has all sorts of Indian made chips on one side of the wall.

While seating, I noticed that almost every chair had some food crumbs on them and needed cleaning. The store should ensure that the table and chairs are nicely cleaned before the next customer takes a seat.

The Punjabi music being played was too loud which was a bit annoying and inconvenient while talking. Either the volume should be lower or a light music could be played.

Ordered Masala Chai, Aloo Tikki Noodle Burger, Veggie Sandwich, Noodle Spring Rolls & Cold Coffee.

It took about 20 minutes to get the Masala Chai, the first item on our order and so had to get a puff before that as we were hungry. Soon after we received the rest of the order.

The eatery was short staffed as I could see only two people in the kitchen and were very busy. I provided this feedback to the lady at the counter who advised that the other staff was engaged in catering elsewhere. She was very well behaved and polite.

The Masala Chai was good but not strong and hot enough. The Aloo Tikki Noodle Burger tasted great overall but the noodles weren’t too flavourful. The Veggie Sandwich also tasted good but the portion was small for the price. The regular bread was used instead of the larger sandwich bread that is available in the market. The sandwich wasn’t properly grilled and the bread was overly crispy. The quantity of the fries along with it was also less. The Noodle Spring Rolls were fine but the quantity was quite less. It was highly priced. The spring rolls weren’t nicely fried. The noodles could have been better. The chilly sauce and mayo tasted good but were very less in quantity.

Cold Coffee was the last item and it was just average in taste. Definitely needs some improvement.

The pricing of most of the food items (including the puffs) are higher for the quantity being served here in comparison to other Indian street food eateries in GTA that offer much better quality, taste and...

i have been to this place today the experience was not at all good., i was so disappointed firstly all the time i am seeing their videos on my instagram idk why but anyway i came to brampton today and decided to go eat something from their restaurant., The customer service was alright the guy who took the order was polite after placing the order we waited for more than half n hour for just 3 items in which one item was just a coffee., I asked for kurkure momos but they gave me some other momos i didn’t even realized it until i checked upon the next table that they order the same thing as me but was totally different., i have no idea how it looks like anyhow it was 8 momos but the quantity of the sauce they gave was just for one single piece, nd the inside portion wasn’t cooked properly., the white sauce pasta had so much of salt and i have never ate pasta included cilantro on top of it ever which just ruined the taste of the pasta … i just ate half nd threw it away .. i didnt received the coffee until i asked for the 3rd time ..!! lastly the coffee which has a name mentioned Viah wali Coffee “ was not even a homemade coffee it was worst coffee i have ever tried , you guys just have taken the hot milk put the coffee mix nd blended it get a foam on the coffee it was just a Scam, most of the customers are indians only nd one could taste it nd tell on your face that its not at all the same coffee that you guys have labelled on ur screens ! No gloves are worn in preparing the food and they have washroom just in front of the kitchen counter where they prepare their food. no table were wiped out for the next customers……my advice is that You guys need to improve a lot to run a food business, Don’t make people fool by just posting ur...
