Freshslice Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

I went to Freshslice Pizza with my wife, and we ordered butter chicken slices and two veggie slices, but Divine refused to make new slices for us, so I requested him to make more for us and I mentioned to him I don’t mind waiting for 10-15 minutes , but he started giving us excuses. I mentioned to him my wife was very hungry and there was no other location which was open and there was plenty of time for closing. We came at 1 a.m. and this specific location was open till 4 a.m. and he said we have to choose whatever is on the display. Later, my wife ordered a cheesy bread, but when we got the slices, we noticed there were so many mosquitoes and food flies inside the display and I saw it on the pizza slices as well. I mentioned this to him but he said there’s nothing he can do and he didn’t bother himself to throw all the slices and he ended up serving those slices to us and we threw them out in the garbage. Love the pizza and price here and eat it atleast 2 times per week. However, the girl who works at this location is such a terrible worker that it’s almost not worth going. She wears earbuds while taking orders/ making the pizza and misses half the thing you say; messing up the pizza in turn (almost every single time by the way). She has given away my takeout order to Uber eats drivers and wasted my time because she didn’t confirm the name (proceeding to argue with me that we needed to call Uber and get a refund). She also just forgot to put bbq sauce on my two bbq chicken pizzas, which completely ruined the entire purpose of bbq chicken pizza, and wasting my 20 dollars. It’s unfortunate the terrible work ethic and attitude of one employee can make me dislike a place with otherwise amazing food, deals and staff.
